In the states is having really bad abdominal pain...

She doesn't/cant afford insurance and is part time at work, so nothing through there.

She is broke right now

What options does she have?
 
find the nearest hospital emergency room, tell them that you have no insurance and they will bill her. she can pay it off monthly.
 
If it's really an emergency, just go to the ER. They will treat you if it's life threatening, and it's better to worry about how to pay later than be dead.
