Well, I'll be down for 2 weeks, so I will let her train as much as possible during that time (providing that she is not hideous).
The longer it takes, the more days that you get lots of "it". Plus, I'm joking, sort of.
'Course, nothing stopping you from continuing the "exercise" even after the weight is gone.

i am 35 pounds heavier than i was 18 months ago but when i gained it, i gained it evenly. i am heavy, but not sloppy.
the girl across the street gained 15 and it is all in her face and gutt.
(I was ill and had steriods... pills once a day, inhaler twice a day and shots once a week. now i am just lazy cause in your 40's, it is hard to take off. )

depending on the bone structure... 160 can mean meat but not fat.
petite girls cannot do 160. medium to big boned girls can.
kate moss at 160 is disgusting. Anna Nicole Smith at 160 is not ugly at all.
I've known her for about 4 years. I haven't talked to her in the last 3 years. She is neither. She can provide for herself. I could careless about how much she makes.
