You would be seriously surprised. I'm not kidding, especially in many of the big spots (SF for example). I think alot of 20-35 year olds don't quite understand how casual sex can actually be since the people having the casual sex usually seem like the most normal people around.

I think also that a lot of younger people here (i.e. thecoolnessrune, heymrdj, and so forth) get hung up on the thought that virginity is some kind of virtue that must be preserved, and that sex is this beautiful, unique snowflake of a thing that must be special at all costs. To them, casual sex is an abomination worthy of a one-way ticket straight to Hell.

You're making wild assumptions here based, I guess, on your particular life style. A lot of guys (and women) I know simply never date/dated much, period, let alone did the nasty with any regularity. And there is absolutely no shame or notable backwardness in that, whatsoever.

You only bolded half my statement ...please read it in it's entirety.

I was referring to those that were going on at least 1-2 dates a month. Like the ones not just going relationship to relationship that fall into their laps.

Most women like there age being locked at 29, will cap their partners around 3-5 forever.

Too many people think they are in a committed relationship at the first time they have sex together and just make up whatever keeps them together and having sex until they relize they can't stand each other...hopefully this comes prior to marriage and definitely kids, but it usually doesn't.

The 7 year itch is a real thing, most will find this the breaking point.

22 is an above average number, still not a lot for those that really date though.

By your math assuming you went to a 4 year degree, you have slept with close to 200 chicks? I am willing to bet between you and spidey both you can't put up half that between you.

It's reality vs what really can happen. I was married 3 out of 7 years of college and engaged for another two. Between that and whatever else I am not sure how many total women I have been with. Probably not 50 though. Could have easily been though if I wanted that. I always had a few friends that I could always call. Was a lot less of a future headache than sleeping with some chick that thinks it meant I loved her or worse.

12 per semester. 4 year degree = 8 semesters. 8 * 12 = 96
