I look at it this way. If you start having sex at 18, at one new girl a year, that's 12 total by age 30. To me, that is very easy to do, as a normal regular looking guy, I could go on a date with a new person at least once a month. That means, out of 12 months, I would just have to score with less than 10% and be very close to 20 by this point in my life.

It's reality vs what really can happen. I was married 3 out of 7 years of college and engaged for another two. Between that and whatever else I am not sure how many total women I have been with. Probably not 50 though. Could have easily been though if I wanted that. I always had a few friends that I could always call. Was a lot less of a future headache than sleeping with some chick that thinks it meant I loved her or worse.

you are making it seem as though college is the bastion of easy girls. While getting laid in college is not as difficult as when you are out, you will find that the number of girls willing to sleep with a guy on whim will not negate the statistic you stated. Plus, I wouldn't suggest anyone mess with a girl who sleeps around like that unless you like the feeling of burning when you pee.

I am still thinking this is more about 'back in the day' than reality. I know a lot of dudes from college/high school that talk all this and that of nailing chicks, but I know when I was there with them it was usually me with a girl and them trying to figure out how to even talk to one. Hell even when I was married I was still meeting chicks on campus that would have been up for anything.

While one could have a potential number of flings, there is only an EXTREME minority of the population actually hitting numbers of partners beyond mid double digits.
