So there's a guy sitting in a car outside my apartment on a laptop...

It's just after 1 AM here. He's been there for the better part of an hour so far. I have fuzzy cellphone pics taken from my 3rd story window if anybody wants them; they don't really show much unfortunately.

I'd like to screw with the guy somehow, but am not sure on how best to go about it. It's quite obvious he's stealing internet. To what cause, I'm not sure.

So what. I steal internet all the time when I'm driving around. People should learn the secure their networks if they don't want me browsing Yahoo! on their connection.

The police have been notified. They are downloading information from his GPS at this time.

There is considerable concern as to whether the laptop will survive under the combined weight of the car and the guy.

We had a guy like this that would park in our parking lot at work to use an unsecured network at a nearby apartment complex. He was using it to view kiddy pr0n, apparently.

I can understand getting on somebodies internet for 5 minutes if you are driving around and need directions, but an hour is excessive and amounts to stealing.

That's when the guy would show up at my workplace to download the stuff. He would park outside for three or four hours at a time in the middle of the night.
