Unless the people he is gaming against is in the same room, I would just give him verbal abuse. Like:

"F'ing wall hacker." or "Jeebus, even with cheats you suck."

Make sure it's loud enough that other people in the room can hear. Although, don't make an @ss of yourself or people will just think you are an Uber-Dork for even noticing he was cheating.

Doesn't matter. If he is nerdy enough to be playing CS and using hacks, I HIGHLY doubt he is man enough to kick your butt if you call him on it.

Heck, if you do it right, it might just come out as you are ribbing him and he will probably just laugh it off.

I thought everybody cheats in CS? I haven't played it for over a year because of all the cheaters. In fact, I am sick of online gaming because it seems that any game that is halfway fun eventually gets ruined by the cheaters. :(

That thing about big black guys being tough is just a myth. As a matter of fact, they don't know how to fight because everyone's too scared to challenge them. Go up and put him in a headlock until he promises not to cheat again.

Wow... I thought CS came to almost a complete halt. I guess I'll have to get back into it once I get more memory for the Packard Hell.

You should try spreading a prayer rug next to his chair, kneel on it, and repeatedly bow in his direction, quoting some random mantra an a mock state of enthrallment. After the tension reaches a breaking point, spit on his shoe three times and shake your head sadly while patting him on the head, then leave.
