Amazing! Why would anyone care if you deleted my personal messages?
Why doesn't a MOD ban your replies-I was only replying to the OP's concern about purchasing an SUV, and then you go and hijack the thread with false claims.
What boat are you pulling with such a beast thecoolnessrune?
Rogo
Dude... I said it like... on page 2.. It's an 18ft. Ranger boat. Lot's of vehicles have tried pulling boats out of the water. We've watched first hand.
Ford ranger and Tacoma-- that was hilarious.. the dude in the ranger spends 30 minutes starting up the ramp, only to slide back down. Dude with his Tacoma hitches up, punches it, makes progress, tires slip, the boat pulls him into 6 ft. deep water. Backend inundated. Water leaking into the cabin, had to get a Peterbilt semi to tow him out along with the boat.
Oh, btw, I never told you about that one bro. You weren't there, it was during one of my private walks. You know what I mean.
Lincoln Towncar-- Don't get me started  It was a little boat with a trailer using gold cart tires. It couldn't pull it out worth crap
Tundra-- HA HA!! The "F-150 killer" Yeah right! No one ever told the driver how easily those 20" rims bend when you hit a hole in the water with tires that thin!
Odly enough, I've also watched a Nissan Armada, you know, the foreign version of the Expedition... It tried to pull out a 16 ft boat... It failed... they unhitched it.. and then it sounded like the engine was doing around 4500RPM just to pull its lumbering body up the ramp
Two things I've learned:
Tough SUVs do have a purpose.
Foreign competitors only know how to build high revving cars and don't know squat about trucks, SUVs and the torque needed to actually do work.
