Ehh places have been doing these smells tactics for awhile.

It's like going to a open house and you smell cookies / bread that was just baked but these days there is actually a way to fake that smell and that makes me more angry then using the real thing.

I once had an apartment right down the street from a donut shop. I swear I gained 20 pounds just from the smell

There's a Popeye's on my ride home from work and the prevailing breeze usually sends the smell of chicken on the road, gotta admit, it's got me a couple of times even though it's a hassle getting into their tiny parking lot..
