All sorts of law enforcement departments have been doing stuff like that for years, they make no pretense about being exactly what Saddam looks like - just to give a general idea what he may look like.

Get off of it, thinking that the government must resort to that type of stuff. It is a normal procedure.

What I don't get is, how much could he have possible changed in the few months he's been in hiding? I mean it's not like he aged much in just a few months. Or are they trying to say he would have had plastic surgery to disguise himself? I mean if he's gonna go to the trouble of diguising himself he would make a bigger change that THAT wouldn't he? like growing a big beard or different hair style or wear a burka and pretend to be a woman or turn into an asian woman like micheal jackson or something.
