meh...kind of got turned off from the 30" after hearing about the lack on inputs. I admit it looks nice though.

Yes, with a 3 year advanced care warrantee, it will come out to $2198. But mind you that is CAD, not USD. At the current exchange rate, that'd be about $1890 USD, a modest $309 discount from the US price. Of course, as a Canadian citizen, you'd be charge 7% GST + provincial taxes whereever you live.

Unless you're buying it for business, in which case you get refunded for taxes; if you work for an employer that is partners with Dell (or know someone who does), you get a coupon for an additional 5% off. 🙂

So if you play your cards right, you can get it for 1,899 CAD which is roughly 1,635 USD at the current exchange rate 😀
 
Maybe this would be a good incentive to buy a new video card next Christmas when it's cheaper. Too bad only the fastest SLI system could game natively on it...
