So the Company is shipping me off to Hawaii

The Girlfriend and I are being sent to Hawaii for a few days in mid April... We extended our stay a bit and are staying for 2 nights in maui and 5 nights or so on the Big Island...

Any suggestions on what to do or see?

Update:

So we left Maui today and came to big Island. On Maui, we stayed at the Maui Prince Hotel.. Simply outstanding. The Rental car was a Mustang Convertible that left something to be desired. I wasn't impresses by Hertz Rental.

I also proposed to the GF and she said Yes! The rock was a little over 2 carats. I'll have pics of it later. First a couple of pics from Maui.

I work for Wells Fargo.

I earned the trip by receiving various awards and tahnk you emails from user's over the course of the last year. They are paying for 4 of the days, I picked up the extra days in Maui and one extra night on the Big Island. Wells is putting us up in a 4.5 star hotel (and I booked the same) on the big island.. and I booked a 4 star on Maui.. The Maui Prince I believe....
 
heh, i've only been to Oahu. If by any chance you do go to Oahu, visit the Dole plantation, and of course Pearl Harbor.

no. we did not. its mostly family going and they were all given more than 1.5 years notice of our plans so that they could make arrangements to be there with us. No one has complained that they had to buy their own tix and hotel accomodations. The way we look at it is the fact that it is a vacation for them as well, and since none of them have ever been to the Big Island, it will be special for us to show them our very favorite place in the world!
🙂 PS... no it was NOT possible for us to buy 25 plane tix. we are forking out 15k for the wedding itself there, that is all we can afford!

Anywho.. We're staying at the Maui Prince on Maui, and the Hilton Waikoala (mispelled for sure) or the Big Island.

Sweet thanks.

Taking pics of jewelry is difficult. I have tried it before with NO good results. I think lots of lights, black background and a tripod are required.
