Wow, the customers there were so nice and friendly. If we were unable to do something due to either limitations in ability and/or policy the customers were like ok, thank you for trying.
Such a nice change from the American customers, where there are many that argue and get angry when we are unable to do something for them and are quick to start insults if they do not get their way.
If I got to deal with EU customers on a daily basis, working in customer service would not be bad at all as they all seemed very friendly and listened and accepted the response that was given to them.
I also noticed that the company's policy towards the EU customer base is a lot more stern and frank while the American policy tends to bend over backwards to do everything we can to please the customer. Just interesting to see how the same company treats 2 areas differently.
