I am always in favor of messing with people at work. We each have our own drawer that we keep our personal stuff in. My big hobby is to find ways to screw/glue/ectoplasm other people's drawers shut.

So today I come in after having a couple days off and my employees are acting all weird. I purposely didn't try to open my drawer to see what they would do. I heard one of them say, "he hasn't tried it yet" so I knew something was up. Then I needed a pen and so I just took one of my guys' pens. He got the hint and showed me that all the stuff from my drawer was moved to a different one. Then he challenged me to open my drawer. Big mistake. I went out to the garage and got the biggest pry bar I could find. Two good tugs and less than 30 seconds later the drawer was opened, though not in one piece.

They say I cheated. I say I just used the right tool for the job.

Nothing like filling a drawer with foam insulation.


Watching them retrieve their stuff is like watching an archaeological dig.
