I jumped on a recent hot deal and got a year of webhosting with free registration for $10. Someone emailed me and offered me quite a bit of money to buy the domain. So how do I sell a domain?
 
get the check, and transfer ownership.

edit: you can either give them your hosting info, or let them do a transfer on the domain. not sure how that works with a third party though.
 
What's the domain? Check with your registrar, their's usually a section on transferring domain name ownership.
