So, should I sleep?

Allright, I've had problems sleeping for about 2 months now, and have gotten real used to seeing the wrong side of the earth's revolution vis a vis the sun.

I came home drunk after last call, and have been neffing on this forum since. It's now 8:11 am. My question is this:

Should I try to sleep, or just grit my teeth and stay up?

Context:

I know that if I don't do something drastic to jog my sleep schedule, I will continue being nocturnal through next week, and thus missing a lot of class.

However, I promised my GF we would do something tomorrow night (tonight?...Saturday night).

What's the verdict?

If you want to be somewhat awake for your gf tonight...at least get a few hours sleep...or she might not forgive you ;)

Could be a long LONG night for you on saturday night!

I have the same predicament. I just got off the overnight shift, and have to change my sleeping pattern now because I'm going back to day shift next week. I might get a call later today for a movie night with this woman I just met. So I take it that I get at least a 4 hour power nap now ( 8:41am est) so I can last the date, if any, later today.
