So Sad, Almost 4 Million People Out Of Work In US

Latest unemployment numbers show 3.65 million people are out of work in the US, an 18 year high. And this doesn't even include the people who have dropped off the unemployment benefits list or those who can't collect unemployment for one reason or another. If they were included, I bet the number would be significantly higher.

So much work needs to be done in this country, yet we have such a waste of human potential. It's so sad.

Seriously, Don't give up hope, search search search. And if you can't find anything, be your own boss! Put those american entrepreneurial roots to work. There's got to be opportunities out there, and they aren't going to come to you. I admit, it's VERY easy for me to say this, not being in that boat, but, folks gotta go out there and make things happen.

I agree with you. There are always opportunities, it's only that in times like these they are more difficult to come by. You simply have to look and work harder. Of course, I shouldn't talk, cause I'm a lazy bastard. But I do have a job, and I will have a (good) job when I finish college.
