So RAIN already!!!!

I'm tired of the freaking rain. We're having friends over to go boating this afternoon and it's probably gonna pour on us.

This summer must have set a record for the number of times it has "threatened" to rain around here. "It's thinking about it..." we often say on the golf course, but we usually get to continue playing. It's been dry as heck. Half my lawn is dead. Going to try some of this "CIL" golf green fertilizer... heard it could help out moreso than the Scott's stuff I was using.

let me just say that month-long watering bans in the midst of a dry spell suck ass.

edit: oh yeah, and

The forecast called for scattered showers all week, I don't think we've gotten any rain yet. Better not rain tomorrow. :|
