So, plane tickets are not transferable (to another person)?

Because I am not returning from the arriving airport; but a friend of mine lives near by the arriving city. So I was thinking that if it's possible to transfer the ticket to my friend. So no eh? Not even if I pay for the penality fee (if there's such a thing)?
 
Yes, you CAN transfer an airline ticket to another person.

You just have to BELIEVE it.
