and have decided that the new MX chips can handle higher clock speeds? Is that the only difference, or are the new MX chips based on the Gf3?
 
mx is still based on the GTS core...im sure the process of making them has been much more refined contributing to their higher clockrates.
 
I'm sure they will be able to overclock much higher. Keep in mind that reference design for the MX400 is 183 mhz memory some manufacturers might take it step forward and maybe put in a 200 mhz memory chip.
