Tecmo had those "animated boobies" way back in the original Dead Or Alive, on SEGA Saturn and the SONY PlayStation. There is a Dead Or Alive Beach Volleyball game coming to X-Box now, no doubt showcasing further bounciness, since the girls are all wearing bikinis, at least in the screenshots I saw.
