Worst idea ever. I refuse to watch NBC this week. Turned off the office 2 mins into it when I started seeing the popup tips out of the side of the screen on how to be green.

it still came in second to the Bee movie adverts, but it was close.

I made my way to the South Pole, took pics that didn't turn out, and then came back home. No telling how many gallons of fuel I spent trying day after day but at least I did it. I don't understand how Ann didn't make it. *shrug*

Scrubs didn't handle it too badly....but The Office was pretty pathetic.

I was caught off guard when the eclipse in the beginning of Heroes was all green.

I thought Earl was hilarious.

Brodie: The thing is, sir, going green doesn't fit with the rest of the show.
Coach: Well, work your magic make it fit.
Banky: Well, I'd just be wedging it in.
Mr. Incredible: What if I told you you had to do it because I'm your boss?
Earl: Then I would say I could take the shower killing story and turn it into something about the importance of conserving water.

[Earl's voice over]: I wasn't the only one dealing with other people's crazy ideas...

That's gold, Jerry! Gold!!

same here. i had no idea they were doing it, so that made me look it up. had no idea shows actually incorporated into their stories for the week, though.

Yeah, I loved how they turned off the light in the studios for the halftime show but had the areas where their reporters were in the arctic lit up like a football stadium. Not to mention all the CO2 they pumped out flying these people all over the place.

Buncha morons.

hah, well I moved a few weeks ago and dont have cable. Just for the heck of it I decided to start a recycling program here at work this week because we just throw away cans and bottles. Then someone was asking me if I watched the biggest loser last night and asked if this is why i was recycling so now I look like I was watching some yuppie tv and got my inspiration from friggin NBC arggg

lol. that was kinda funny actually.

I didn't like how 30 rock had that annoying character played by Ross (as if Ross wasn't annoying enough), but I laughed when Al Gore came on.

30 Rock's take on it was pathetic. There was one good liner from Al Gore in the whole show, and the rest of it sucked.

I must have powers of uber-environmental-ignorance. I know NBC is doing the whole green thing, but I've watched 30 Rock and The Office so far, and didn't really notice the green stuff as a distraction.
