So my Windows Folder is 2.8 gigs.

Why? Do you think something is wrong with that size? If so, what lead you to that conclusion?

I asked a few people, and most said that theirs was 1.1 - 1.5 gigs.

I'm 3GB on a very healthy machine.

You can trim down by getting rid of service pack files but I would really recommend you don't fool with it. You're probably running on an 80+ gig drive so it matters little right?
