UPDATE
I ended up getting 2 laptops. Both are P2-366 with 120 megs of RAM. TFTs are good. One has one dead pixed, and a small line (2 inches) in the far bottom right. The other is perfect. I offered $25 each, and the offer was accepted :)

My roommate informed me that his company is selling its old laptops. Most of them are in good condition, come with the power adaptors, and the batteries hold a charge

There are 2 that I am interested in

1) P2-366, 4gig, 128 mb ram, CD, floppy, 14.1 screen (either a Dell or Toshiba)

2) Generic P2-233, 4 gig, 64 mb ram, 13.3 screen, CD, no floppy

What would be a fair price to offer for each?

I bought eight laptops from my old company for $100 after removing parts from some and replacing them
in others I was left with two that did not work the others were perfect. These were all 600mhz machines
with 128 of ram and dvd drives with 10 gig hard drives

And they each had a valid 2000 license

2- with only 64MB of RAM, i would say $50

Neither of them come with Operating systems, but I was informed that the stickers with the license code is listed on the bottom of some of the laptops.

Sh!t I'd take one for $50-60 if it's a p2-366 or so. Definitely interested.

FYI - these have been fully depreciated and have zero value on the company's books. They are old, well used and obsolete (even if they are perfectly good for surfing, writing etc...)

$50 for both

You people saying 50$ are insane.

Check eBay out. A P2/366 with a decent set of accessories can go for a good 200$.........
