start using a proxy?
IF you access to your own machine at work you can install AOL (i know 🙁) it will get around the websense but you cant post on ATOT

basicaly you pay for a proxy service, and all your internet traffic is routed to them before being routed to you so websense sees you are going to a non retricted web adress and lets the traffic through. AOL works similarly.
The problem is that if you have smart admins they will figure out that you are using a proxy and kill access to it.
