I've just finished building my new system and installing all the apps. Everything worked ok and zero errors. Pushed the On switch, booted up, recognized every single device and installed XP in a breeze.
Specs (I know it's not top notch, but it works pretty well for me):
Antec SLK3700AMB w/350watt SmartPower Dual-Fan PSU
2x Panaflo 120L1A (intake and exhaust)
Intel Prescott 3GHz w/Zalman 7000B Al-Cu+Artic Silver 5
1GB DDR400 PC3200
Asus P4P800-E Deluxe
80GB SATA for OS/Apps
160GB SATA for Docs/Media
Pioneer DVR-108
Old Matrox Millennium G450 video card (I love it...)
Temps (CPU/Mobo):
Idle: 39º/29º
Medium load: 44º/32º
Full load: 55º/39º
I guess the temps will be final after the 200 hour "burn-in" of the AS5 TIM.
Something I noticed is that the exhaust PSU fan is not pushing any air out... is spinning really slow, at about 730rpm, although I'm not sure if the RPM reading comes from the 80mm fan on the outside or the 92mm fan on the inside. Anyway, the thing runs pretty cool.
