i had been wondering why certain things had been too dark to see on my BenQ GW2760HS (I had the gamma set to the lowest setting which is 5) so I set it to the highest gamma setting (1 where nothing is blacked out) and everything is washed out even with the saturation turned to 75. settings [2, 4] are not happy mediums.

there is a lot of ghosting too although there isnt much processing lag and it does 75 hz without me noticing frame skipping and it is a lot more responsive than 60 hz. but it is rather blurry (because i have to reduce the already low pixel density in order to get 75 hz signal), it isnt a clear panel, and the choice between washed out colors or partial invisibility of the image is worse than i originally thought it was. i also dont like how it doesnt use displayport.

so should I import a ProLite XB2779QS (by Iiyama)? anyone here have one? if so, then does it do 75hz with display port without any issue (like frameskipping, display artifacts, noise, or damage)?
