So, my friend's wife is coming over for a visit tomorrow with their baby

First time I get to see him... I'm very excited. 😀

I have a couch and a chair, and a table that she can change him on. I don't have any baby food or anything like that because I'm assuming that she's either breastfeeding or will bring formula (I do have a separate room so she can have privacy.)

Other than that, I'm pretty clueless... help please?

How old is the baby? There usually isn't much that an infant needs besides food, a clean diaper, and a place to nap.

Condoms. Lots of condoms. You don't want to make that mistake again.

Yeah, this is about how many posts into the thread I expected before someone had to "go there".
Nice job, Olds. You just popped this threads' cherry.

AFAIK, babies cannot conceive.

Nor will they ever. Hopefully.

EDIT: Whew got nervous there I had thumbs up by accident at first!

Yup, just talked to my mom, and that's what she told me too. Baby is 5 months.

No kidding. I thought about putting in a preemptive request to stay away from that stuff, but figured it would only make it worse

She'll bring everything she needs.

You might push the coffee table against a wall or something so the kid can lay around in the middle of the living room, but that's an easy thing to do when they're over. At 5 months the baby will likely just sleep most of the time, and will only wake up to crap or eat.
