I bet another seller wanted to get rid of the competition and reported you to eBay for selling fake or improperly trademarked goods. It's a common and surefire scumbag practice because eBay automatically closes your auction when someone reports you. They can get away with doing that because eBay automatically credits you the fees you were charged, so you won't have a basis for complaint. I am 99.99% sure that's what happened.

Seems like if they could pull your auction like that, they should be pulling ALL auctions b/c everyone's auctions "violate" some trademark/rule/law according to them.

That's not odd at all. That's typical for Bose. They are protecting the price point of their product.

Bose is a marketing company run by lawyers. They just happen to also sell audio products.

Possibility: authorized seller goes out of business or decides to stop carrying the product. Instead of returning the remaining inventory to the manufacturer (at cost or less), the seller sells it to the "grey market" somewhere between cost and MSRP. This was fairly common for Oakley sunglasses.

Did you ask them why they are pulling your auctions?

I am emailing them right now. I would not be surprised if I never get a response.

Go find all the other people selling them and put in that they are all violating something. At least then it's a level playing field.

I see all sorts of tri-ports listed on ebay so there must be something about your auctions that are raising red flags. Are you trying to sell them dutch or in quantities of more than one?

Ebay gets worse every year more rules and hoops to jump through along with less profit and higher fees.

Ebay has gone down the crapper.
