So my dad just won Boston/Yankees tickets for tomorrow

My dad listens religiously to a certain station here, and he just won a prize package, which includes tickets to the Yankees/Boston game tomorrow. He's not a baseball fan and my sister can't get to Boston, so the tickets fell to me. Unforuntately, I have work from 4-1030PM tomorrow.

Maybe I can convince my manager to let me have off, he seems like a guy that would understand.[/quote]

EDIT: Sister took them off of my dad's hands. She's meeting with her BF from Philly, and they're going to the game.

Works out better for me, considering on Sunday I'm working 15 hours between two jobs.

Damn I have to go to a wedding tomorrow or I'd take them off your hands. I have family near Boston I could stay with.

It's not that hard to get Red Sox - Yankees tickets you just need to buy them as soon as the tickets go on sale.

Redding is pitching tonight. SHould be interesting. He has been real bad in the pros. Hes a hometown boy.

give them to me??? 😀

Red Sox / Yankees games are HUGE if you're a Sox fan. We lost power last night but had 3 radios running off of battery with the game on, hehe.

fvck it dude you only live once call in sick.

Yep.

I live in Tampa. Last year when the Lightning were playing in game 7 I called in sick to work just to stay home and watch the game on TV. Life > Work. Do what you enjoy, if you know you can call in sick and not get in any/much trouble, do it.

Uh its hard to get tickets at all these days. Forget about yankee/redsox tickets. I've only been to three redsox/yankee games and each time was lucky enough to be in box seats
