As Kinnetic mentioned, balance it out. You need a more balanced meal to start the day if you're going to be eating that big. And unless you're doing a lot of heavy lifting during the day or doing a muscle-building regimend, I wouldn't eat that much in the morning personally. i work 2 full time jobs, one manual labor one at a desk, im 5'11'' and im about 190lbs

I've had some kind of cold the last couple days that totally kills my appetite. I just don't feel hungry.
A normal lunch for me is something like a double cheeseburger meal. I end up around 1800-2000 calories a day.
I'm just a skinny guy. 5' 11" and never been over 150.
EDIT: 400 calories worth of homemade muffins and orange juice.
