Went to a nice party at a friend's place last night. Woke up this morning in horrible pain - not used to that much dancing and alcohol.

Dragged myself to the kitchen for coffee/tylenol and then hanging out online. Too frazzled & painful to get up and make a healthy breakfast. Suddenly I'm very hungry. A box of chocolates is right next to my computer, left by my teenager and his friends from last night.

Unless chocolate for breakfast is healthy, I've blown that resolution. It was yummy.

Best of luck on your resolutions.

Chocolate has been found to be heart healthy in moderation. It is said to help memory too. . .

Eat chocolate covered almonds, the best of both worlds. Very good, and high in fiber. :D

Actually I had no idea chocolate alone was considered good. Guess the key is not a ton. I do know that high percent chocolate is actually very good for you. Like the 85% stuff. But it's an odd taste, can't eat as much in one shot.

Chocolate comes from a bean, and beans are good for you, right?

Butter is based on milk - also a good thing.

Sugar - we need carbohydrates as part of our diet.

Sounds good to me. :p

You need to improve your rationalization skills. ;)

 Ever since I made a New Year's Resolution to not make any more New Year's Resolutions, I have been doing just fine!
