So much for Staples Easy Rebates being so 'Easy'

Purchased a phone with two $20 easy rebates back in the middle of october. Both rebates said, 4-6 week return....

One came at the end of december, other is MIA. Shows up online as 'Validation Complete', but its been that way for months.

I've sent 3 e-mails to their rebate center, all of which go unreplied.

Tried calling Staples.com CS, no luck... All they say is that i need to send an email...

Grrrr... Anyone know any direct #'s for staples rebate center?

Contact your local BBB and Attorney General. I did that and had Best Buy calling me telling me that they are going to get me extra money from what I was actually supposed to be getting back.

The whole point of a rebate is that it's NOT easy. If they wanted it to be easy, they'd just sell you the damn thing for $20 less rather than have you mail in forms and crap.

got my $15 and $30 easy rebates yesterday had submitted online 2 weeks ago

when i sent in 2 rebates for the same product they sent me a single check for $50 (each rebate was $25) and it came within 4 weeks

similar success story here, except I got two separate checks because I registered two names of family members (had to be living in different places).

Just got mine today.. It took about 8 weeks..
