So McAfee sends me spam

I wonder if it will work on spam from them?

What do they send when they're trying to sell you anti-virus software?

they sent me some file the other day to install. Something about a new virus and this file was needed to detect it. The weird thing is I do not use McAfee anti-virus or subscribe to their service. I use Microtrend's PCcillin. I deleted it assuming it was a virus itself.

i've seen popups for popup killing software that asked if i'd like to stop popups such as this one before
