So many versions of Vista!

I want to buy Vista when it's released.

I went to amazon to see how much it was.

I see about 50 different Vista programs on sale for pre-order. Home, Basic, Premium, Business, Ultimate, 32bit, 64bit, blah blah yada yada.

How do I know which one is right for me?

Is there a website that explains the key FEATURES of each, in simple terms (I'm no computer guru). Or can someone explain them to me?

Is there anywhere you can get copies cheaper? $400 seems a little much for the Ultimate editition.

home premium is probably the best option. It will give you Media center and the Aero interface. other than that, they are pretty much the same. Ultimate is cool but expensive and its not that different.

Do they all have that thing where you can swap in a flash drive to up your RAM usage? Forgot what it's called.

It's called ReadyBoost, but IMO if you need that to help performance of your machine you need to buy more memory anyway.
