I'm getting ready to do a new system build and decided on the P5B but there are five models to choose from that I can see and I'm confused. What's the difference between all of these?

P5B
P5B Deluxe
P5B Deluxe/Wifi-AP
P5B-E
P5B-Plus Vista Edition

I can probably rule out the Vista Edition and the Wifi since I'm not interesed in Vista or Wifi at this time. Performance wise, are these all pretty much the same? I'm going to be dropping in a P4 661 HT @ 3.6Ghz, with DDR2 and probably go Core 2 duo in the future. I want a good motherboard but don't want to break the bank with unnecessary features. Thanks.

According to the Asus website there is also the:

P5B-E Plus
P5B/Telesky
P5B Commando
P5B Premium Vista

Although, all might not be available in North America.

I have the base P5B model and have reached 500FSB/E6300 with little problem on air. If you want Raid, Firewire, SLI, better Voltage control, 8-phase power, Wifi, ect, there probably is a model for you!

Quite the conundrum. Went ahead and got the P5B-E. Seems like the P5B in general is well received.
