One has black heat spreaders, the other is platinum colored. Corsair offers nice overclocked memory, but at a price premium. The Geil will work fine @ 200MHz, and is probably the best bang for the buck from your list.

Thanks guys, can one of you plz explain to me what the different is between these?

I'm finding it a bit hard to believe I can get 512mb DDR PC3200 for $90 a piece. The only difference I see is the 2nd one has CAS 2....... 1T timings, better heat spreader and it's Retail. All that is nice, but not worth extra money. Will the $90 ram run and overclock as good as the $140 ram (or atleast comparible to it?). there are no reviews for the $90 stuff at newegg and it's not in stock, so i'm wondering if it's either really new, or else it sucks.......

Way too expensive.

$178

MUSHKIN DDR 512MB PC-3200 - OEM
AMD, VIA, ALI Approved, PC3200 = 400MHz FSB, Rated 2.5-3-3, 5ns DDR333, 6-Layer PCB, Unbuffered. LifeTime Warranty.

At that price, I could get Corsair XMS for cheaper.
