Unless for some reason Sandy made it so only Republicans can get to the polls in NE states it seems unlikely it would effect the electoral college.
Although it probably does increase the chances of a Romney popular vote win. I wonder if Democrats will call for Obama to step aside for the "real" winner?
Did Repubs call for GWB to step aside in 2000? Did anybody of any stature at all?
