The Sixth Sense star Haley Joel Osment has pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor charges stemming from a car crash in July. The actor pleaded no contest to one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of possession of marijuana, according to news website Tmz.com. Osment was sentenced to three years probation, 60 hours of alcohol rehab and three months of Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. He was fined $1,500. The actor almost lost his life when his 1995 Saturn smashed into a brick pillar and flipped onto its roof in a suburb of Los Angeles on July 20. He was treated for a broken rib and an injury to his shoulder in a nearby hospital.

How old is he? His money may be in a trust fund or something that he can't easily access until his 18th birthday or something. :shrugs; Just a suggestion, though. No idea why he doesn't drive a nicer car.
