Edit: I should add, I'm pretty sure judges throw out pre-nups all the time. There's no such thing as an iron clad pre-nup.

Get only would get about 5million and lose most of his 'toys'.

Him going for the children is mostly to insure through child support he also lives large.

Pre-nuptuals are valid if they are written properly...wacky ones and those without proper representation in court could easily be dismissed.

No, he owns the rights to the tape if he's the one who made it. Remember Paris and that dude? He won all his court cases because of that, that's why he could sell it

Well. I'm for this for two reasons...

1; I'm a very bitter ex-boyfriend myself who still wants to see my ex's head stuck on a pike, so I fully support his effort at retaliation because I can get my own vicariously through him; and

2; Spears may be a bimbo/twit/moron/whatever but she still has a nice rack and, if they can just edit KFed out then it'd be solid gold!

This is incorrect. Judges do indeed throw out some pre-nups, but there are many ironclad ones that have been tested in court and survived. I have to assume she would have used a stellar attorney, and that her pre-nup is probably as good as they get.

Also, as to your first point, no, he would not be entitled to half of her "estate" (this term really only applies after she's dead). California is a community-property state, and, absent a pre-nup, he would be entitled to half of the money she made during their marriage. Since, as I recall, she really hasn't toured or released new music during their marriage, this would likely be a fairly small percentage of her net worth.

They broke up because she found him in bed with another woman. If thats what you did and you still want your ex's head on a stick you are a complete idiot for not being able to keep it in your pants.

I agree with point 2.

Also, are we talking about the same person when yall say "wholesome" image.
Isn't this the woman who wore a M.I.L.F. shirt (gogle it if you don't know what that is)?

Wow, what country do you live in? If America, take a course in the Judicial Process -- there isn't this "activist judge conspiracy" that the media would have you believe.

Wholesome image? Play chess?

Britney should release the tape herself and give KF the finger. The video is gonna come out whether she pays or not.

Interesting thought. I assume they jointly own the video. This way, she gets the money for the video, keeps the kids, and enforces the pre-nup.

You're right. The cat's out of the bag. This video is coming to a screen near you.

That's what I'd think, and who's to say the tape is his, not both of theirs? She could claim he stole it from her, and now is blackmailing her to get it back.

Either way I hope she doesn't give in. She may be a horrible singer, and a complete moron, but he'd definitely be a pitiful excuse of a father if he got the kids. Let the tape get released, people will feel sorry for her, he'll go to prison for blackmail.

What the hell are you talking about you tard? Judges can and do disregard pre-nuptial agreements when they find cause.

Define "cause." If you would have read ANYTHING related to this matter, you would know that Spears had a "team of lawyers" draw up an elaborate iron-clad pre-nup -- even going so far as to hold a fake non-binding marriage for the two. There will be no "cause" to toss it here.

Cause would imply some sort of fraud in the process and it's typically the case that lawyers (aka those who are experts in the field of law) draw up pre-nups that aren't customarily challenged.

BTW, flaming someone on the internets.....class act.

Wholesome image... heh... I think that went out the window when she pushed Madonna up aginst the wall and gave her a good tounge lashing on national TV. Or maybe when she got married for a weekend in Vegas. (Funny how that little happening didn't stay in Vegas) Or maybe that video she made where she was naked save for a few strategically placed jewels.

That said... if anybody gets a copy of this... :D

Kevin Federline was worth £15,789 when he wed. He submitted a one-page document listing assets. He was earning £39,000 a year, while his bride's income was £10.2 milllion.

WTF he was making $75k a year?
