That's exactly what it is. Breast meat with rib meat rib attached.

You can find the same cut at the supermarket.

Look at all the rest of the yummy ingredients:

Basically the same sort of thing that they put in chicken nuggets - meat held together with stabilizers.

Well thats whats in the chicken nuggets anyway.

well yea that much i know. thats totally chicken balogne, no "meat texture" at all. all that nice organ meat and its high cholestrol:) i'm talking about the unbattered grilled patties that seem not quite right in that they are too tender, but do have some meat like quality.;)
