I use asus. my son did use gigabyte mobo.2 times and both mobo intel and amd last about 2 or 4 month. for your question both asus and asrock are good. never got problem with one or the other.
 
I went with the AsRock board. Got it yesterday but I won't have time to do the install until tomorrow night or Friday. It pains me to have to wait....
 
P8P67 Pro has some strange issues and a history of randomly killing CPUs for no reason. Good choice on the Asrock.

Weird, I've never heard that. I have an MSI P67A-G43 and an Asus P8Z68-V, and between the two of them and 5 different I5's and i7's at ~5GHz, never an issue.
