So I've got a question about paypal..

now, im getting into eBay and all, ive created an account as well as a non-cc paypal account, but a lot of sellers are only willing to accept paypal if they have a confirmed address, but me, being only 15, do not own a credit card. Is there a way to verify my adress only without a credit card since I do not have one? or is a credit card a MUST for a verifed paypal account?

check the paypal help section. they explain how to get a confirmed account. you have to fax them certain documents.

Does linking it to a checking/savings account confirm it? If so, a savings account should be something you can get easily if you don't already have one.

nope, dont have a saving account either, originally, I was going to get a ING direct savings account, but they had so little ATM machines in Canada.

checked, but all it said was something about "other ways" to verify it, and saying something about sending the papers to some department which doesnt help me one bit
