So I've got a job interview tomorrow..*updated* *I got the job!*

So i've got a job interview with Subway tomorrow at 1:45 PM... I think i'll do alright...anyone have any last tips, though?

I'm 16, BTW...first job interview of my life.. 🙂

Update:

Well, it wasn't quite the interview that I expected...we sat down outside, talked about fitting work in between my school hours..dealing with customers..blah blah, and said she had a few more applicants to talk with, and then said she'd be calling people back in a day or two...I think I should get the job 🙂

Update:

Well, just got a call from Subway...they want me to come work for them 🙂 They start training me next Saturday 🙂

IMO you can never really overdress for an interview. It'll show them that you really care about getting the job.

barring of course wearing a tux.

I was a sandwich artist for 2 years at 2 different Subways... I have no advise for you. There's no advice to be given... just don't come across as a retard, psycho, stalker, or criminal, and there's really nothing more you can do. Oh wait, you said it's in a Wal-Mart? They like hiring retards there, it makes them seem like they're "giving back" by providing disabled people with jobs, when really they're just using them as cheap slave labor.

A subway in a walmart has nothing to do with walmart. They lease the space from walmart and control everything.

OK, thanks. I don't think I should have too much trouble not coming across as a retard 😉

I was just talking about job interviews in general.

Speak clearly, don't say Ummmm, like you have to really think hard on what to say, look the interviewer in the eye, smile politely, after the interview, thank him/her for their time.
