So iTunes doesn't auto-update your purchases anymore?

Just got a new computer. Last time I did this, iTunes automatically re-downloaded my Store purchases (once I authorized it). Doesn't look it will do that anymore, says I gotta transfer them all over manually. What a pain in the ass.
