Yeah, it's so lame.

I've seen guys with their baseball caps upside down, and I think it's also fashionable to leave the pricetag/barcode on your hat these days. Presumably because if loads of people do it then it'll be an accepted form of style then these people can just go into a store, put a hat on and walk out...
I think it's a black thing; the only people I saw doing it were wannabe gangsters (of about 13 years of age).
