Srsly, fail :p

I will concede that it has been very pleasant, minimums around 12-14'C, maximums 23-32'C this month and most excellent afternoon seabreezes (the Fremantle doctor), but bring on summer proper!

Howd I know you started this thread Dug? Isn't summer just starting for you (like June in the Northern Hemisphere)?

Indeed ;)

However, one can indulge in bulk icy cocktails and beer, and cold crayfish goes down very nicely.

While snow is nice, give me a dip in the indian ocean and a barbie any day ;)

Bah I still need to explore Western Australia. I've been to the East Coast twice. Time for some Perth and Darwin action...now if only the soon to be wife would agree...she wants to goto Tahiti/Bora Bora...which is ok a guess :p But I prefer Aussie hospitality.

You guys really need to spend the holiday season in Florida... sometimes we get down into the 40's (2 or 3 days a year), mostly just hang around in the 70's... we'll often get days in the 80's and sometimes get days in the 90's :)
