Around here it's not unheard of to get a UPS package dropped off at your door at 10pm.... I'd kick someone's ass if they rang my doorbell at 10pm. Fortunately it happened to a neighbor, not me.

I've had packages not delivered when the drivers quit at 5pm. They just leave them in the truck and don't even attempt delivery.
