I don't feel comfortable enough to try to resleeve a power supply yet, so I was just curious... what if I used electrician's tape and tightly wrapped the wires. Wouldn't it have slightly the same effect as it would keep the wires less cluttered and help airflow?

you can also get the cheap wire sleeving at hardware stores. it's like a spiral so you just kind of wind it on. looks better imo and costs like 4$ for your case.
