So is there a way to see what I rank on Google?

Ok so I run ihatedialysis.com and my site comes up number 1 on all the major search engines when the following keywords are used. "hate", "dialysis" but the real concern I have is where do I rank with just the keywords "dialysis" I want to know if my site is moving up the ladder so to speak. I don't want to have to go through hundreds of pages on google until my link shows up.

There has to be a way to see where you rank by just one keyword, is there?
