I remember prior to the Dubs excellent Adventure into Iraq that he had her on his show and they came to an agreement that if the reasons the Dub gave to invade Iraq were on spot she'd return and say that she was wrong and if the Dub's reasons were complete bullsh!t he'd admit he was wrong and she was right

I think if we knew the truth about WMD, we'd still be in Iraq...the administration would have just given us some other explanation

I think celebs only stick to thier word when they feel they won. Like Alec baldwin.

Red:

Bush hasn't told us why he wanted to go into Iraq. He's given us "50 ways to screw the voter" but he really hasn't come clean. So it's all idle speculation.

I do think that about 50 Senators wouldn't have signed the war resolution if they knew the truth about WMD. That might have killed it.

But, what frosts me is the way these Senators just hand over the war power to Presidents. They are so afraid to take the heat when the thing blows up in their faces. That's why they pull that stunt. Dean is right about this. Kerry and Edwards did not show leadership in voting for the resolution.
